The Inquiries Service is a free, confidential service accessible through the CCOHS Web Site in addition to its person-to-person telephone service (1-800-263-8466, toll free in Canada, or 1-905-572-4400). The Inquiries Service is primarily for Canadians. If you live outside Canada, please read additional information about CCOHS and other CIS National Centres.
